Payment

Custom work requires a deposit of 50% due at time of order.  The balance of 50% plus any shipping costs are due at the time of shipment. 

Shipping and Delivery

Allow 4 to 8 weeks for delivery.  All shipments are FOB Albuquerque, freight prepaid.  Approximate shipping costs and times will be quoted at time of order acknowledgement.  Shipping to any residential address incurs additional freight fees even if the residence has a “home office.”

Claims   All merchandise is packed to comply or exceed carrier requirements.  Damian Velasquez, LLC is not responsible for damage to goods that occurs in transit or storage.  It is the purchaser's responsibility to examine goods upon receipt and follow the shipment’s instruction for a claim.  Any claims against Damian Velasquez, LLC for defects, error or shortage must be made in writing within 3 days of receipt of the merchandise and must be directed to Damian Velasquez, LLC.  Failure by purchaser to do so will constitute an acceptance of goods and a waiver of any defects, error or shortages.

Returns   Once an order is confirmed, it is not subject to changes and/or cancellations. 

Specifications   Some of our products, details and finishes are subject to variation due to their handmade construction.  Products may not be returned on aforementioned grounds.  Damian Velasquez, LLC reserves the right to change at any time and without prior warning the manufacturing specifications of any of its products.
